1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on new, unused products within 45 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All original tags, labels, and accessories are included
  • Proof of purchase is provided (receipt or order confirmation)

Used or damaged products, or items returned outside the 14 -day window, may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or modified
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Electrical parts (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Clearance or sale items (marked “Final Sale”)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect model ordered), the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for certain products

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or repair at no extra cost. Be sure to include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it will fall under the standard return process.

6. Return Shipping Instructions

If your return is approved:

  1. Carefully repackage the item in original packaging
  2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return
  3. Ship to the return address we provide by email

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Advance Motorsports Europe is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
